Elderberry plants are native plants producing beautiful & edible white flowers and numerous small black fruits full of anti-oxidants that make great juices, jellies, jams and liquors.
Elderberry plants are shipped in a 3 gallon pot with organic soil, sealed with plastic bag to retain moisture during shipment. When you receive this plant, simply remove the plastic and check moisture in the soil. Water the plant 1-2 times per day. Plants have also been fertilized for the season with our organic fertilizer. Add a topdressing yearly of organic compost, vermicompost or other natural amendments & fertilizers (we sell the organic fertilizer that we have been using for the last 5 years).
